After two successful seasons, Shark Tank India is back with its third edition in 2024. However, this time, the tank is bigger as the number of Sharks has increased, and we’ll probably also see more pitches and investments made. So, let’s dive deep into the tank details and see what season 3 of Shark Tank India is all about.
Shark Tank Is All Set To Rule Again
The influence of Shark Tank on entrepreneurs is undeniable. Ever since the first season, the TV show encouraged budding entrepreneurs to not give up on their dreams with their stories. However, the 2nd season drew some flak due to the market condition not being ideal for investments.

Many may argue that even the current market situation is not an ideal one for investors but we’ll hardly see any impact of it on the new season of Shark Tank. Last season, under similar conditions, Sharks invested around ₹81.16 crores in different companies, which was double from the first season, where ₹40 crores were invested across 65 companies.
We might see the number and amount of investments go up due to several factors. India has come a long way since the Shark Tank season 1 and many unique ideas have been transformed into businesses. Not to forget we have 12 sharks this season in the tank, so the battle to make the best investments might also result in an increase.
The official handle of the Shark Tank India released their promo recently, where we can see some new Sharks in the Tank.
